At this time, returns are not accepted unless a product arrives damaged. For example, if your Truewick candle arrives broken or damaged in the mail, please take a clear photo of the item and send the photo in an email to shopmajestypark@gmail.com. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive an email letting you know if the return is approved.

If approved, you may ship the product back, and once it is received, we’ll issue a refund. Please note that we do not currently provide prepaid return labels — return shipping is the responsibility of the customer until the store grows to the point where it can cover that cost.

Each Truewick candle has a safety and warning label on the bottom, it is recommend that you read it carefully before lighting. For your convenience, here are the safety guidelines in advance:

Keep Away from Children

Trim wick to ¼” before lighting. Keep wax pool free of debris. Burn only on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended. Limit each burn to 4 hours max. Do not extinguish with water or lid. Discard after use.
